Booking Terms

Making a booking

You can book a ticket by choosing a route, date, bus and seat, then paying online. Your booking is only confirmed after you receive a booking number.

Please check the passenger name, date, time and seats before you pay. It is your responsibility to make sure the details are correct.

Seat holds

When you go to checkout, we hold your chosen seats for a short time (usually about 8 minutes) so that no-one else can take them while you pay. If you do not finish paying in time, the seats are released.

Passenger details

The name on the ticket must match the ID of the passenger who will travel. If you are booking for someone else, use the "Booking for someone else" option and enter that person's details.

Boarding

You must arrive at the boarding point before the boarding time shown on your ticket. Operators may refuse to let you board if you arrive late.

No-shows

If you do not turn up for the trip, the ticket is treated as used and no refund is due, unless the operator's policy says otherwise.
