Limitation of Liability

ZamBasi is responsible for providing the booking platform and processing your booking with the operator you chose.

• The actual transport service, including delays, accidents, loss of luggage, or injury on the bus.
• Losses caused by wrong information you gave us.
• Loss of profits, indirect or consequential loss.
• Events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures, strikes or emergencies.

To the extent allowed by Zambian law, the total amount ZamBasi can be required to pay for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits any legal right you have that cannot be limited by law.
