These terms apply to bus operators who list their trips on ZamBasi. By using the Operator Portal you accept these terms.
1. Legal status
You must be a legally registered bus operator in Zambia with all required licences, permits, and insurance to carry passengers.
You must keep these documents valid for as long as you use ZamBasi.
2. Accurate information
You must provide true and up-to-date information about your company, routes, schedules, buses, seats and prices.
You are responsible for keeping your schedules and seat availability current.
3. Providing the service
You must run each trip as advertised, on time, using a safe, roadworthy bus with a licensed driver and crew.
You are responsible for the safety of passengers and their luggage during the trip.
4. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel a trip or fail to run it, you must refund passengers in full.
Your cancellation and rescheduling policies must be fair and clearly shown to passengers before they pay.
5. Customer support
You must respond quickly to passenger issues, complaints, and refund requests. ZamBasi may step in to help resolve disputes.
6. Fees
You agree to pay any platform fees that ZamBasi tells you about in writing. Fees may change with reasonable notice.
7. Suspension
ZamBasi may suspend or remove your account if you break these terms, put passengers at risk, or damage the reputation of the platform.
