Prices and currency
All prices on ZamBasi are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
How you pay
You can pay online using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by trusted payment service providers on secure connections.
ZamBasi does not store your full card or mobile money credentials.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your seats are released and no booking is created. You may try again with the same or a different payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in the Refund and Cancellation Terms.
