Rescheduling Terms

Rescheduling is only available if the bus operator allows it. When it is allowed, the operator decides how far in advance you must reschedule, how many times you can reschedule, and any fee.

Depending on the operator's policy, you may need to pay a fixed rescheduling fee, the difference in fare, or both. The exact amount is shown to you before you confirm the change.

Sign in and open the booking from your dashboard, then choose Reschedule. Pick a new trip and follow the steps to confirm.
